About the Role

The Sous Chef plays a key role in supporting senior culinary leadership to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the kitchen, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and service delivery.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
Ensure all dishes meet high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Monitor portion control, consistency, and timing of meals.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of ingredients.
