About the Role
Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking progress and resolving scheduling or resource conflicts, while maintaining accurate service records and logs for compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Track progress and resolve scheduling or resource conflicts
- Maintain accurate service records and logs for compliance and reporting
- Participate in planning meetings to forecast service demand and resource allocation
- Manage routine and emergency maintenance schedules for existing clients
- Ensure service level agreements (SLA’S) are met by tracking technician dispatch and job completion
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deployment
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- 1-2 years’ experience in coordination or administration
- Must come from a service delivery environment
