About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Cape Town. As a senior guest relations leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalised guest services and ensuring world-class experiences within our 5-star luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the concierge desk
- Lead, train, and supervise the concierge team
- Provide personalised guest assistance including bookings, transport, and activities
- Manage restaurant reservations, tours, and special guest arrangements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local service providers
- Ensure guests receive accurate, timely, and high-quality information
- Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and problem resolution efficiently
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Cape Town attractions, events, and experiences
- Ensure concierge services reflect 5-star luxury hospitality standards
- Collaborate with front office and guest relations teams to enhance guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience as Chief Concierge or Senior Concierge in a luxury hotel
- Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Professional presentation and guest-focused mindset
