About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and ideas-driven Graphic Designer to join a prestigious luxury lifestyle management company in Johannesburg or Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be a highly conceptual thinker with a strong eye for detail, craft, and visual storytelling, capable of transforming briefs into beautifully executed design solutions within a premium brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Creative Development
- Develop strong conceptual design solutions from brief through to execution
- Create and refine brand identities, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Contribute to brand development, roll-out, and visual identity refinement
- Produce high-quality design work across print and digital mediums
- Design content for social media, digital platforms, and basic front-end applications
- Assist with light video editing for social and digital content
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Design (B.A. or B.F.A.) from a recognised institution
- 10+ years experience within reputable design studios
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, conceptual thinking, and design excellence
- Advanced understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- High-level technical and conceptual design ability
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with basic video editing for social media
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
