About the Role

The Global Sales Coordination Head is a strategic role that ensures the overall coherence and efficiency of the commercial organization by optimizing resource allocation and structuring performance monitoring. As a key member of our international group, you will contribute to the business by ensuring commercial teams operate efficiently and communicate effectively across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze global sales performance through reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Provide structured guidance to local commercial teams to improve results.
  • Ensure coordination between sales teams, country managers, and key departments.
  • Identify training needs and ensure appropriate training programmes are implemented.
  • Monitor execution of action plans and ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Structure reporting processes and improve data quality and usability.
  • Facilitate communication flows across regions and teams.
  • Ensure that the right resources, skills, and organisation are in place to support performance.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proven or strong potential in project management and coordination.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with Excel and performance data.
  • Ability to manage, align, and influence teams remotely.
  • Understanding of international business environments.

Salary & Benefits

R80 000 – R100 000.
