Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor/Foreman to lead their workshop operations in Roodepoort, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations and workflow, ensuring quality control and adherence to manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage workshop technicians and mechanics
  • Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to manufacturer standards
  • Manage job allocation and ensure deadlines are met
  • Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency
