About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team in the Packaging Industry in KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and assisting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing quotes.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to follow up on leads and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the database.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis.
- Liaise with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales strategies and tactics.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
- Matric certificate with Mathematics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role
- Excellent Computer Skills Excel
- Experience working on SAP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Knowledge of packaging products and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
