About the Role
Oasis Health Services is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at our private hospital. As a key member of our Pharmaceutical Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pharmacy services to patients, doctors, and the public while overseeing departmental operations and achieving targeted profit margins.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical pharmacy and inventory oversight
- Financial performance and profit optimization
- Compliance with statutory regulations
- Staff development and effective labor relations
- Continuous quality improvement and management processes
Requirements
- BPharm degree
- Current registration with the South African Pharmacy Council
- 3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Manager (preferably in private healthcare industry)
- In-depth pharmaceutical knowledge
- Proven extensive infectious disease knowledge and antimicrobial stewardship experience
- Computer literacy in HIS systems (i.e. Unisolve, Surgicom, Proclin) and MS Office package
Qualifications
- Formal education: Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
