About the Role
The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our organisation, delivering accurate and timely financial reports to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain end-to-end responsibility for the monthly management reporting cycle
- Deliver accurate and timely management accounts as well as statutory financial statements
- Establish strong control frameworks, conduct thorough reconciliations, and review processes
- Produce insightful analysis on business performance, profitability, key cost drivers, and emerging risks to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance management plans
- Optimize cash flow, treasury, and working capital
- Provide finance, operations, and team leadership guidance
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and audit requirements
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proven experience in financial management and reporting
Qualifications
- CA(SA) or ACMA, CGMA certification
