About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager to lead our finance function end-to-end, overseeing monthly reporting, cash flow, tax compliance and audit preparation. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the MD and line teams to embed controls and elevate service in a customer-facing environment that is operationally busy. With 5 years post-qualification experience in property or hospitality, you’ll champion change management and standardize procedures across our operations.

Requirements
- Leadership and team management experience

- Strong tax knowledge and audit liaison experience
- Proficiency in Sage 300 (Accpac) and Pastel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualifications
- CA(SA) or B.Com (Accounting/Finance)
- 5 years post-qualification experience in property or hospitality exposure advantageous
