About the Role

We are seeking an analytically strong Junior Corporate Finance Analyst to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our corporate finance department, you will assist with various projects and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with mergers & acquisitions and transaction advisory projects
  • Building and maintaining financial models
  • Conducting company valuations and financial analysis
  • Preparing pitch decks, presentations, and investment memorandums
  • Performing market and industry research
  • Supporting due diligence processes
  • Analysing financial statements and business performance
  • Assisting senior team members on live transactions and client engagements

Requirements

  • BCom Finance, Accounting, Economics, Investment Management, or related qualification
  • Honours degree, CFA progress, or FMVA advantageous
  • 13 years experience within Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Audit, Valuations, or Investment Banking
  • Strong Excel, analytical, and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
