About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Payroll Manager to support payroll operations within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. This opportunity is ideal for a payroll professional with strong technical payroll expertise, excellent reconciliation skills, and a passion for accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll transactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Reconcile payroll ledgers and ensure accurate payment of employee salaries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and reports
  • Collaborate with senior payroll staff to implement process improvements and optimize payroll operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Payroll Manager to join our team and drive payroll excellence across a large-scale operation. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery, and collaborating with HR and Finance teams to maintain payroll integrity and data accuracy.
