About the Role

Jobs 4 All is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Durban. As an administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, managing incoming calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records and databases. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data capturing, and document management
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and travel arrangements
  • Provide reception and customer service support when required
  • Process basic financial/admin tasks using systems such as Sage Evolution (SAP advantageous)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Support various departments with administrative requirements
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
  • Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, Management, or Bookkeeping – advantageous

Experience:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Experience in customer service or reception duties beneficial
  • Experience with Sage Evolution and/or SAP advantageous

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong data capturing and record-keeping ability
  • Email and calendar management
