About the Role
Spilastyle CC T/A Top Notch HR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Sales Engineer to join our team in Durban Central. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth in KwaZulu Natal region through technical solution selling, pipeline management, and channel development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver profitable, sustainable growth in KwaZulu Natal region
- Convert technical expertise into customer value and sales outcomes
- Build and retain strategic customer and channel relationships
- Shape demand and pricing
- Orchestrate internal resources to win projects, improve uptime/total cost of ownership, and expand Clients share across priority sectors
- Drive revenue and margin growth by creating demand, developing accounts and channels, and executing disciplined pipeline, pricing, and account plans aligned to the regional strategy
Requirements
- BSc/BEng/BTech in Mechanical Engineering (or very closely related)
- Mechanical Engineering Diploma
- 8 years technical/solutions sales in industrial environments (e.g., rotating/engineered components, reliability solutions)
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
