We are welcoming from experienced individuals to join the Compliance department at our Head Office who are articulate fast-paced, focused and highly accurate. Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to support and assist the National F&I Manager and Compliance Supervisor, thereby ensuring compliancy with all transactions. Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant experience. Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 Minimum Requirements: A code 08 unendorsed drivers license and own transport Computer literate A valid Drivers License. Computer literate· Basic financial understanding Important to note. The appointed person may be required to work weekends and shifts. Job Outputs: Auditing and ensuring deals are compliant Requesting registration papers Liaising with Branch Managers and F&Is to ensure optimal efficiencies Implement effective relationship management strategies (Both internally and externally) Ensure the highest possible service delivery levels Implement and maintain a successful business retention strategy Ensure FAIS compliance requirements are continuously met. Enhance business unit profitability Consult with relevant managers on a regular basis. Ensuring customer escalation is managed and feedback is provided. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales Skills and Personal Attributes: Possess an entrepreneurial flair. Interpersonal: Excellent communication (telephonic & face-to-face), negotiation and influencing skills. A strong understanding of industry and market trends and customer behaviour. Self-motivated, priority-setting and time management. Ability to deal with diverse customers and cater for their unique needs. Evidence of use of own initiative and problem-solving abilities required. Must exhibit good time management skills, demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment. Neat and presentable. Great networking skills Strong numerical skills
