The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic administrative partner to the CEO, providing high-level support with project coordination, reporting, documentation, audits, follow-ups, and operational initiatives. This role requires exceptional organization, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Provide direct administrative support to the CEO. Manage and track ongoing projects, tasks, and priorities. Assist with audits, compliance requests, and document collection. Conduct research and gather information as requested. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and executive summaries. Monitor project timelines and deliverables. Ensure follow-up and completion of assigned action items. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Organize and maintain records and documentation. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and task management. Support operational and administrative initiatives as needed. Communicate professionally with leadership and stakeholders. Follow up on pending items and ensure timely responses. Maintain a high level of responsiveness and accountability. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Executive Assistant or similar experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy. Professional demeanor when interacting with executives and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Strong follow-through and accountability.
