Job Description : Autoworx is looking for an experienced Manager: Branch based at our Jet Park branch. This position is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to apply their leadership, and operations management experience to oversee workshop activities, ensure efficient day-to-day operations, maintain high standards of workmanship and service quality, support team development, and contribute to the continued success of Autoworx’s workshop operations. Position Overview: To co-ordinate, plan, deliver and manage daily team tasks in the workshop environment and the execution of standard operating procedures, resulting in the achievement of quality and service standards, agreed daily and weekly operating targets, and effective cost and productivity management. Minimum Experience: 5 – 7 years management and leadership experience Advantageous: Qualified panel beater or spray painter Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent Minimum Requirements: Valid, unendorsed Code 8 drivers license Computer literacy basic level sufficient Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, at the required workplace standard. Job Outputs: Monitors and controls the performance of the branch Management, development, and discipline of staff Sales and marketing: Revenue generation in order to sustain the business Budget management Client queries and correspondence Reviewing of all operations process flows, enhancing them for maximum efficiency Maintaining high workshop standards and quality Ensures that all administration processes are implemented effectively Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Strong financial / business background Decision making Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good time management and organisational skills. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Behavioural & Cultural Fit: Takes pride in workmanship and vehicle presentation. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Open to feedback and continuous improvement. Safety-conscious and compliant with procedures. Customer-focused mindset, understanding the impact of quality work on customer satisfaction. Open to feedback: receiving constructive feedback and providing constructive feedback Working Conditions: Workshop-based role with exposure to paint fumes and chemicals (PPE provided). May require overtime, weekend work, or shift work depending on operational needs. Physically demanding role requiring standing, bending, and lifting.
