Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth within the electronic security industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and implementing sales strategies to grow market presence and revenue.
Responsibilities
Prospect and follow up on new business opportunities and potential clients.
Develop and execute detailed business development and sales plans.
Identify and build relationships with key partners, system integrators, installers, distributors, and end-users.
Develop and implement annual and periodic sales activity plans.
Drive brand awareness and support market growth initiatives.
Prioritize target accounts and opportunities to strengthen market presence.
Work closely with the sales team to position the company as a preferred solutions provider.
Maintain and manage strong customer relationships.
Ensure accurate CRM management and reporting.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development within the electronic security industry.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Commercial Relations, Business Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the electronic security market and sales environment.
Knowledge of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
Adaptable, agile, and able to respond quickly to changing business needs.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
