About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new vehicle sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a corporate dealer group environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealerships, and suppliers
  • Implement and optimize sales processes and procedures
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and asset management

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Dealership New Vehicle Sales Management experience within the Motor Industry
  • Grade 12 certificate and a valid Driver’s License
  • Proficiency in Automate, Evolve or Pinnacle Dealer Management System Literacy
  • Strong Asset and Stock Controlling Skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a Corporate Dealer Group environment

Qualifications

  • Specific Brand experience pertaining to this Client (To be discussed during screening interview with shortlisted candidates only)

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary of R 30 000 to R40 000 based on experience
  • Incentives and benefits package
