Job Description

What youll be doing Manage and oversee full security contract performance . Act as primary liaison with the client; conduct regular performance and SLA review meetings. Lead and manage security teams, ensuring discipline and operational excellence. Monitor and manage profitability, budgets, wage costs, and asset registers. Ensure PSiRA, OHS, and health & safety compliance , including incident reporting. Conduct staff performance reviews, manage rosters, leave, and absenteeism. Resolve client issues quickly and implement service improvements. Support business growth through client retention and upselling opportunities . What youll need NQF Level 6 qualification (equivalent to a three-year National Diploma) Grade 12 / Matric pass (non-negotiable) Grade A PSiRA certification (non-negotiable) . Minimum 2 – 5 years proven experience in Security contract management . Strong client management, leadership, and people skills. Knowledge of South African labour law, PSiRA regulations, and OHS legislation . Valid drivers license and own vehicle (essential). Clear criminal record.
