About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to join our team in Tzaneen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing workshop operations and vehicle sales performance, as well as financial management experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workshop operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Oversee vehicle sales performance to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and profit and loss (PBT) management strategies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to dealership staff
  • Maintain a valid driver’s licence

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Sales, or related field
  • 3 years experience as a Dealer Principal / General Manager within a franchised commercial vehicle dealership
  • Proven experience managing workshop operations and vehicle sales performance
