About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Sync Administrator to join our team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our internal stock and system processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and capture stock transactions, including: Sales order picking and invoicing, warehouse transfers and job stock transfers.
- Ensure system records match physical stock movements.
- Generate accurate data reports using Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, filters).
- Maintain filing and documentation compliance.
- Resolve stock errors or mismatches efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock movement accuracy.
- Manage local and international procurement, including oversight of raw material stock and finished goods inventory.
Requirements
- 2–3 years in an administrative or inventory-related role.
- Experience in a fast-paced, stock-sensitive environment.
- SYNC system knowledge is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables & formulas).
