The Role: Marketing & Brand Coordinator The Marketing & Brand Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing activities across brand, content, digital channels, campaigns, and communications. Working closely with the Executive Team, the successful candidate will translate business priorities into practical marketing initiatives while ensuring consistency across the website, social media channels, newsletters, customer communications, and marketing collateral. This role is operational in nature and ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating, and improving marketing processes while contributing ideas that help strengthen market presence. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of the brand strategy while ensuring consistency of messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms. Manage company marketing materials, internal newsletters, customer newsletters, partner communications, and the social media publishing schedule. Coordinate customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies by working with delivery teams to capture outcomes and business value. Develop and maintain a content calendar to publish content across LinkedIn, the company website, blogs, and newsletters. Collaborate with executives and subject matter experts to convert ideas and expertise into engaging content and support executive thought leadership. Maintain and optimize website content, support SEO initiatives, monitor website analytics, and assist with email marketing and digital campaigns. Coordinate marketing campaigns, webinars, events, partner initiatives, and industry engagements aligned to business objectives. Track and report on marketing performance metrics, social media growth, and website activity to provide monthly performance updates. About You Requires 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand, Communications, Content Marketing, or a related field. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Demonstrate experience creating digital content, managing social media platforms, and understanding content marketing and SEO fundamentals. Feel comfortable working directly with senior leadership and presenting ideas and recommendations. Bring personal attributes of being curious, eager to learn, creative, proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about storytelling. Preferred experience within B2B technology, SaaS, consulting, or professional services environments. Preferred experience using AI tools to support content creation, workflows, and marketing activities. Preferred experience with LinkedIn marketing, executive branding, website content management systems, and managing newsletters. Preferred experience with Canva, HubSpot, ClickUp, WordPress, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
