About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead operations at their new luxury Restaurant on a Wine Farm. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional guest service and strong operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
- Lead; train, and motivate the service team to deliver world-class hospitality.
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and VIP experiences.
- Monitor service standards, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Manage stock control, cash-ups, and reporting.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and guest engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 / Matric;
- Hospitality qualification preferred;
- At least 57 years of experience in a luxury restaurant or fine dining environment;
- Proven track record in front-of-house management;
