About the Role

HotelJobs is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Management professional to join our team as a Head of Restaurant Operations Manager (West Africa) for our new franchise restaurants. The ideal candidate will have deep brand understanding, strong commercial capabilities, and proven experience in Franchise Restaurants, specifically with brands such as Mugg & Bean, Tashas, News Cafe, or Bootleggers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify sites for new franchise locations
  • Negotiate lease agreements
  • Import equipment
  • Layout outlet and shopfitting installations
  • Establish business licensing in the country
  • Ensure profitability of each operation

Requirements

  • Tertiary Diploma
  • 10 years plus experience in full service franchise restaurants (NOT IN HOTELS OR QSR)
  • Currently a Head of Business / Executive Operations Manager within one of the following brands:
  • Mugg and Bean
  • Tashas
  • News Cafe
  • Bootleggers
