About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with a Qualified CA(SA) designation and 4 years of post-articles experience in financial services, preferably with strong exposure across financial control, reporting, and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a key finance SME for systems, processes, and finance systems adoption
- Oversight of end-to-end finance functions including AP, reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, tax, compliance, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Delivery of financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Coordination of external audit processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Strengthening financial controls and driving process efficiency and continuous improvement
- Engagement with external stakeholders including funders, auditors, and regulators
- Support of treasury and funding activities, including due diligence processes
- Monitoring financial performance, identifying cost optimisation opportunities, and assessing key business risks
- Partnering with operational teams and senior management to foster a high-performance culture and support team development
- Additional responsibilities as delegated by the CFO from time to time
Requirements
- Qualified CA(SA) designation
- Around 4 years’ post-articles experience within industry (financial services preferred)
- Strong exposure across financial control, reporting, and finance operations
- Experience working in a dynamic, stakeholder-driven environment
