About the Role

The Cape Town City Centre OTC Billing Lead will lead and oversee the billing component of the Order–to–Cash cycle, ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and resolution of billing queries across multiple stakeholders and regions. This role involves managing daily workflows, supporting month-end close, maintaining process documentation, and acting as a key point of contact for internal teams.
