Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Repair and Maintenance Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for software, hardware, and connectivity-related issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical problems while ensuring excellent support service to users and clients.

Responsibilities
Identify, investigate, and resolve software and hardware-related issues.
Respond to user support requests via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity, printing, and system-related problems.
Consult with users and clients to determine the root cause of technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Apply technical knowledge and established procedures to resolve support queries efficiently.
Guide users through troubleshooting processes and provide step-by-step technical assistance.
Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve technical faults.
Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and technical documentation.
Escalate unresolved issues where necessary and follow through to resolution.
Ensure high levels of customer service and user satisfaction.

Requirements
Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in technical support, maintenance engineering, or IT support roles.
Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting processes.
Experience working with diagnostic tools and support systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
