About the Role
As a Centurion: Sales Executive – Financial Sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion for our esteemed organization. You will be responsible for identifying new clients and market opportunities, building long-term relationships with existing clients, and developing a strong sales pipeline to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development by identifying and securing new clients and market opportunities
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with clients through trust, service excellence, and regular engagement
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions aligned to company offerings
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve growth targets
- Conduct networking, lead generation, and proactive outreach activities
- Deliver high levels of client service and ensure ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client support
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or client relationship management
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trusted, long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and prospecting abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
