? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury safari operator with award-winning lodges and camps in Tanzania for a meticulous and operationally driven ??????? ??????? ???????. Our client is a celebrated five-star safari group operating across some of Tanzania’s most iconic wilderness destinations. They are recognised for setting an exceptionally high standard in guest experience, lodge design, and ethical, eco-conscious hospitality. This is a rare opportunity to step into a custodial quality role at the heart of a brand that is synonymous with refined African luxury. Reporting into the General Manager and Directors, the successful candidate will safeguard and elevate the product standard across every lodge, camp and staff facility in the portfolio. The role spans hands-on quality auditing in the field, oversight of all sourcing and procurement for guest and back-of-house items, monitoring of uniforms, linen and interiors, support of staff and management housing projects, and the rollout of company-wide quality programmes. The Quality Control Manager will also play a key role in annual budget planning and in coaching HODs and junior staff on the brand values. ???????????? A minimum of four years’ experience within a reputable, high-end luxury hospitality property ideally including time at a remote lodge or camp. Demonstrable background in quality control or quality assurance within the luxury hospitality sector. A three-year diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism management or a related field. Strong commercial and financial acumen confident with budgets, procurement, GP and stock control. Solid computer literacy: Google Workspace essential; POS systems and Xero a distinct advantage. Exceptional eye for detail, with a love of precision, consistency and beautifully finished spaces. Excellent communication skills across all levels from junior staff through to executive leadership. Strong analytical, problem-solving and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to auditing. Confident planner and organiser, able to coordinate sourcing across multiple sites and suppliers. A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and safari, with the energy and physical stamina to lead from the floor. Positive; hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to think creatively. Sound employment history with contactable references essential. ??????
