About the Role
We are seeking a polished and service-driven Reservations & Sales Consultant to join our prestigious luxury property collection in Cape Town. As a hospitality professional with a passion for luxury sales, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless guest journey from enquiry through to arrival, while building strong relationships with guests, travel agents, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and sales enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings with confidence and accuracy
- Ensure all bookings, rates, and availability are correctly managed across systems
- Deliver prompt, polished, and luxury-level communication at all times
- Provide tailored property recommendations based on guest needs and preferences
- Deliver a seamless guest journey from first contact through to arrival
- Ensure every interaction reflects high-end luxury service standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, travel agents, and internal teams
- Act as a trusted point of contact for repeat and VIP clients
- Strengthen brand loyalty through personalised service and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate reservation records and booking information
- Manage rates, availability, and system updates with precision
- Ensure all administrative processes are handled efficiently and correctly
Requirements
• Previous experience in reservations, sales, or luxury hospitality essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a warm, guest-focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Passion for luxury travel, accommodation, and guest experience
