We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions, machine learning products, and next-generation agentic AI systems . This role blends strong software engineering fundamentals with applied machine learning and autonomous agent design to deliver production-ready solutions across Smart Sensors, Advanced Process Control , and client-facing platforms. A key focus of this role is driving the adoption of agentic software engineering practices to enhance automation, improve development efficiency, and enable more intelligent, self-optimising systems. Key Responsibilities: · Design and implement machine learning models and agentic architectures aligned with business and client objectives · Develop, train, optimise, and evolve ML models and autonomous agent systems, including multi-agent collaboration frameworks · Source, clean, and manage datasets, including oversight of data labelling processes for both ML models and agent-based systems · Evaluate system performance using appropriate metrics; continuously improve models and agents through iterative feedback and adaptive learning · Manage the full lifecycle of ML and agentic systems, including experimentation, versioning, monitoring, deployment, and governance · Ensure best practices in scalability, reproducibility, safety, and responsible AI deployment Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to .
