About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at a top-rated boutique hotel in Franschhoek. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff
- Control expenses and inventories to optimize efficiency
- Implement effective training programs for staff development
Requirements
- Min 5 years’ experience in a similar position within a 5-star luxury property
- Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
- Leadership experience with strong training skills
- Knowledgeable with the controlling of expenses and inventories
