About the Role

We are seeking a Trade Accountant to join our finance team in Johannesburg North. As a CA(SA) with a solid academic track record, you will apply technical accounting principles to trade-related transactions and contribute to the success of our high-performance mining environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply technical accounting principles to trade-related transactions
  • Prepare and review financial reports and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal reporting standards
  • Assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes
  • Analyse financial data and provide insight into trading performance
  • Support audit processes and provide required documentation and analysis
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across finance and operations

Requirements

  • CA(SA) qualification (essential)
  • Approximately 1 year of post-articles experience (essential)
  • Strong academic track record (essential)
