About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketer & Content Creator to join our team in Pretoria East. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing and social media strategies that drive sales targets and retail promotions. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing digital marketing and social media strategies aligned with retail promotions and sales targets
- Create and publish engaging, product-focused content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Support content planning, editing, scheduling, and posting across digital platforms
- Assist with managing and growing social media platforms and customer engagement
- Support paid social media campaigns, including ad setup, monitoring, and basic optimisation
- Use Meta Business Suite for content scheduling, basic ad management, and performance tracking
- Assist with updating and maintaining websites and online stores using Shopify and WordPress
- Use AI tools and vibe coding techniques to support content creation, automation, and basic coding tasks
- Assist with simple website edits, landing pages, and campaign elements using AI-supported coding
- Monitor basic digital performance metrics and assist with reporting
Requirements
- Entry-level to 12 years experience in digital marketing, retail marketing, or social media management
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and retail sales
- Basic working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

Salary & Benefits
- R 12 000 – R 18 000 per month
