About the Role
We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to join our 5* game lodge in Limpopo, where you will be responsible for managing a 60 seater restaurant and bar. As a boutique style operator with a passion for food and wine, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a 60 seater restaurant and bar
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Develop and implement menus that showcase local flavors and ingredients
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Supervise and train F&B staff
- Monitor inventory and ordering procedures
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and staff hours

- Hospitality Management Qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in an F&B Management role at a 5* lodge or boutique style property
- Strong on food and wine
- Drivers licence essential and own car
