Requirements Matric / Grade 12 (essential). Minimum 6–12 months call centre sales experience (inbound or outbound). Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation. Computer literate with good typing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
