EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Completed Matric Certificate Previous experience in a sales position; external sales Code 08 drivers license -essential Knowledge of the vehicle leasing industry would be advantageous Proficient in the use of MS Office; Word and Excel Basic administrative skills Behavioural Dimensions/Characteristics: Energetic and results driven; with a passion for sales A positive and friendly attitude Strong communication skills; written and verbal Honest, trustworthy and reliable DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across all levels, ensuring consistent communication and service excellence Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and client base Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of market developments and inform strategic decisions Take full ownership of assigned territory, ensuring optimal coverage and client satisfaction Deliver informative sessions and updates to clients on new products, services, and industry innovations. Stay informed of changes and developments within the assigned area to adapt strategies accordingly. Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on client interactions, market activity, and emerging needs or opportunities. Address and resolve client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
