Johannesburg: Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for end to end project management of the Company’s co named funds launched on the Prescient Management Company platform, coordinating multiple parallel workstreams across product structuring, regulatory approvals, legal contracting, operations, distribution readiness and launch execution. Â SERVICES / PRODUCTS SCHEDULE There are three legs to the project: Launch of five Actively Managed ETFs Launch of two Retail Investor Hedge Funds Migration of 1nvest ETFs to Prescient Involves South African collective investment schemes (including unit trusts, AMETFs and retail hedge funds), CISCA, FSCA licensing and approval processes, ASISA standards, and delegated management arrangements, and dependencies between a third‑party Manco, the Company’s Asset Management, operations, legal, risk, compliance and distribution teams. The Project Manager will develop and maintain the integrated project plan, manage milestones, risks and governance approvals (including DoA decision points), ensure regulatory and contractual deliverables are aligned with requirements, and provide clear, timely reporting to senior stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on execution discipline, regulatory compliance and launch readiness across multiple funds and schemes.
