The Role: Management Accountant This is a key role in a high-growth, data-driven business where finance meets strategy. As Management Accountant, you’ll support the FP&A Director with weekly commercial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and deep data analysis. Your insights will directly influence business decisions, helping the company scale and stay ahead in a competitive, creative industry. Key Responsibilities Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management accounting or commercial finance role Compile and analyse weekly commercial reports for internal stakeholders Monitor and track revenue, cost of sales, and gross margins Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments Partner with the FP&A Director to shape financial strategy Collaborate with teams across the business to provide clear, data-driven financial insights Maintain high standards of accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment About You 3 years’ experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or FP&A Strong financial reporting and Excel/data manipulation skills Confident communicator able to present financial insights to non-finance teams Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset Experience working with CRM and accounting systems (desirable) Comfortable in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office required)

As the Management Accountant, your duties include the following: Analyse financial performance and provide insights on margins, cash flow, and cost allocations Prepare and maintain accurate management accounts, budgets, and forecasts Monitor actual vs. standard cost variances and ensure accurate recovery rates across business units and commodities Conduct regular system reviews to ensure financial data aligns with operational activities Oversee the accuracy of income statements, ERP, and budgeting tool reports Support Terminal Management with financial projects and decision-making Manage VAT submissions, cash flow forecasts, and monthly accounting transactions for shared entities Review operational data and financial reports to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities Maintain product and cost structures within financial systems to ensure data integrity Provide leadership and support to junior finance staff while ensuring compliance with financial policies Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Management Accountant position (within an operational environment) Sage X3 experience CIMA or SAICA qualification Qualification: Completed Finance/Accounting degree Contact JENELLE COOKSON on
